The hotel is in the heart of Yokohama, right by the train station, offering a convenient location with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms, although small for the price, were spotless and provided a great place for a restful stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who made my stay welcoming and memorable. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and spacious, just like those in the USA. The location was superb, right across from the train station with many shops and restaurants nearby. The service was top-notch, with courteous and helpful staff.
